    The problem

    60% of orders came by phone, and the invoices staff took were a fraction of what the owner sold on the same call: no alternatives offered when an item ran out, and no new items suggested.

    What we built

    • A WhatsApp assistant that reads a whole order sent in one message, in the customer's own dialect

    Before you hire an AI employee

    Does it replace my team?

    It takes the repetitive requests (leave balances, letters, payment reminders, first replies to leads, site updates) and prepares the rest for a person. Some companies use it to avoid a new hire; others free their existing staff for harder work. You decide.

    What if it doesn't know the answer?

    It hands the conversation to a person. Policy answers quote the paragraph and document they come from, and the AI never invents a rule, a number or a date.

    Which WhatsApp number does it use?

    Your company number on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Proactive messages such as reminders use templates approved by Meta.

    Where is our data kept?

    In a database for your company only, with role-based access and an audit log. It can run in a Saudi cloud region if your policy requires it.

    Does it understand our Arabic?

    Saudi and Gulf, Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic, plus English, including dates like «بكرة» or «الأحد الجاي» and amounts written in words or numbers.

    How long until it is live?

    A clickable prototype on your workflow in 1–2 weeks, then a pilot with one team in 2–6 weeks.

    How is it priced?
